Physiology:
This guy is an alien.  Human males are not designed to have regular anal sex. Kaldoans ARE (Both mortal and immortal, male and female)  The appearance of the genitals is the same, though a Kaldoan male will produce more pre-seminal fluid than a human.  Females function exactly the same as humans, because that all works quite nicely. The anus appears the same, HOWEVER, these aliens do not have a prostate (males) They have something called a Calyx (males and females) in its place. This is an internal organ located where one might expect to find the prostate, it is highly sensitive, contact is pleasurable, and it discharges seminal fluid much like the female clitoris.
